Let shoppers pay in one tap from any post, text or page, add sales tax by address, pay your suppliers and ads, and close the books, on one system of record.
Fern & Field, a made-up cold brew brand, on Cedar. With the Payment links block, it posts cold brew concentrate at $18 with a link to pay, and Dana Reyes taps it. On the checkout page, with the Hosted checkout block, Cedar Go sends her a code by text and recognizes her with her saved Visa (Fast Checkout). Her order ships to Austin, Texas, and the Tax block adds $1.49 of sales tax. She pays $19.49, and the payment is routed to the processor most likely to approve it (Payments, Payments orchestration) and paid. Then Fern & Field's dashboard, as five cards. Orders: Dana's $19.49 from a post with Cedar Go, Sam Okafor's $36.00 from a text, Hollis Studio's $240.00 on the website by bank, and Hillside School District's $960.00 for 40 mugs, tax-exempt. Tax: the school's exemption certificate verified with $0.00 tax, sales tax worked out by address for every order, and this month's returns filed and paid. Suppliers: the green coffee importer paid $4,800.00 by ACH, ads on the marketing agent's card for Meta, Google and TikTok only, up to $8,000, and the 1099-NEC filed for the label designer. Books: today's settlement split into sales, fees and refunds, matched to the bank to the cent and synced to QuickBooks. Company: the state report filed, a board consent on file and the next deadline on the calendar.
All sixteen blocks, by the five things an online store needs.
