Jordan starts checking out at Fern & Field Coffee Roasters for $24.00 by typing an email into the guest checkout. Cedar Go recognizes the email and asks for the six-digit code it sent by text to a phone ending 0417. Once the code is in, the long form gives way to Cedar Go's checkout, with Jordan's saved Visa ending 4242 and Austin, TX 78702 address, and Jordan pays in one tap.

Returning customers pay in a tap.

Cedar Go means higher conversion on your checkouts, and higher conversion means higher revenue. It works for AI agents, too.

How it works.

Saved once at any Cedar business, recognized at all of them.

  1. Saved

    Pay once, save once

At any Cedar checkout, a shopper ticks Save with Cedar Go. Their card or bank account and address are kept in Cedar's vault.

  2. Recognized

    Known by email or phone

Next time, at your checkout or any other Cedar business, they type their email or phone and Cedar Go knows them.

  3. Confirmed

    A code, not a password

A one-time code by text or email confirms it's really them.

  4. Paid

    One tap to pay

Their details fill in and they pay in one tap, without leaving your checkout.

Checkout that remembers.

No forms to fill twice, no passwords to forget, and no one sent away from your store.

Remembered at every Cedar business

A shopper who saved their details giving to a food bank is recognized at a coffee roaster, a studio or a school, anywhere that takes payments through Cedar.

More customers finish paying

Every field a shopper has to fill in is a reason to give up. Returning customers skip the form and pay in one tap, so more of the people who reach your checkout finish it.

Cards, bank accounts and addresses

Shoppers save a card, a bank account or both, with where to ship. When they pay by bank, you pay a lower fee than on a card.

Ready when agents shop

A shopper can let an AI agent buy for them with Cedar Go. They set a limit and approve the purchase, and the agent pays without ever seeing their card.

Shoppers run it all from Cedar Go.

Every shopper gets a Cedar Go wallet: their cards, bank accounts and addresses, their transactions, and the agents they've allowed, across every Cedar business they pay.

One wallet, every Cedar business
Cards, bank accounts and addresses saved once work at every Cedar checkout. Change one, and it's changed everywhere.
Every purchase, one history
Transactions and receipts from every Cedar business they've paid, in one place, so there's no hunting through email.
Their details, their call
Update or delete any card, bank account or address, and switch off an agent's allowance in a tap.

It's all part of the bigger build.

Start with Fast Checkout, then add the blocks around it as you grow. Every block reads from and writes to one system of record, so every returning customer is the same customer everywhere.

Questions about Fast Checkout.

Anything else? Book a call with us.

What does the shopper see?

Your checkout, as always. When Cedar Go recognizes them, a small box asks for their code, then their details fill in. There's also a Cedar Go button beside Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What does Cedar Go save?

Cards, bank accounts and shipping addresses, and only when the shopper chooses to save them. Card numbers stay in Cedar's vault, so no business, yours included, ever holds them.

Can shoppers change or delete their details?

Yes. On their Cedar Go page, shoppers change their cards, bank accounts and addresses, see where they've paid, and delete anything they've saved.

Does it cost shoppers anything?

No. Cedar Go is free for shoppers.

Does it work with Apple Pay and Google Pay?

Yes, side by side. Shoppers pick whichever they like.

What about first-time shoppers?

They check out as usual, and can tick Save with Cedar Go to be recognized next time, at your checkout and at every other Cedar business.

Who owns the customer?

You do. Shoppers pay inside your checkout and stay on your site, and the order, the receipt and the customer record are yours.

How do AI agents use it?

A shopper can let an AI agent buy for them with Cedar Go. They set a limit, approve the purchase, and the agent pays without ever seeing their card.

Which checkouts does it work in?

Any checkout that takes payments through Cedar: Hosted checkout, Payment links, or your own checkout built on the API.
